Bahía Azul started in 2004 in an office on Avinguda Jaume III with two advisers and eleven listings. Today we are eight people across three offices, and we still apply the same rule: we do not take on a mandate whose price we cannot defend to a buyer. We are members of the Balearic API association and always work under a written agency agreement.
