Accessibility statement

Last updated: November 2026 · EpromaDraft · for legal review

We want everyone to be able to use the Eproma website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, zoom or other assistive technology.

1. Standard we follow

This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549.

2. Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2, level AA. The parts that are not yet fully accessible are listed below under “Known limitations”.

3. What we have done

  • Text and buttons meet the contrast levels of WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a link that skips straight to the main content.
  • Buttons and links are large enough to tap on touch screens.
  • Form fields have labels, and errors are explained next to each field.
  • Moving content can be paused, and animations stop when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • The website works with zoom up to 400% and with high-contrast mode.

4. Known limitations

  • The pictures of the Eproma software on our pages are illustrations. Screen readers get a short description instead of the details in the picture.

5. Feedback and contact

If something on this website is hard to use for you, or you need information in another format, please tell us at info@eproma.io. We aim to answer within 5 working days.

7. How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 3 November 2026, based on a self-assessment: automated checks with the axe accessibility tool, plus manual tests with the keyboard, zoom and narrow screens. [to update after the VoiceOver check on the test site]
